    This is news that came to me late in my dieting education. Hormones play a vital role in fat loss, and most especially in dealing with those last stubborn pounds. To fight this you need to be engaged in exercises that are aimed straight at fat-storing hormones. And these will be the weight training exercises as opposed to the cardio.

You can design your own system around these tips, or you can follow a detailed program that already includes them, like the diet solution program or fat burning furnace. These tips go against the grain of many of the conventional diet and fat loss plans, but just by being aware of what to look for, you can find or make up a plan that will help you finally get rid of those pesky pounds that just wouldn’t go away.
